HOW CAN I HELP?

It is only with the publics help that we can continue to this fawn rehabilitation as each fawn will cost between $300-$500 to raise until release. This year we have personally invested close to $300,000 in land around the rehabilitation property to keep it from being developed and to protect the land for the release of these beautiful animals. We prefer to have generous folks like you to purchase actual products and send them so that you know exactly where your money was used. We have links below to the items we need this year. Some of those are easily purchased on Amazon and we receive a small commission from Amazon that we also put back towards the rehab. Thank you for everything big and small.

The bottles that we use to feed the fawns are able to be used year after year and sterilized but the nipples become dirty and the babies chew holes in them! Yes Fawns have teeth! If you click on the picture above it will take you to the amazon page where I usually purchase these. Thank you!

MILK REPLACER

For young fawns this is the safest and most effective milk replacer we have found. If you click on the picture it will take you to the product on Amazon where they offer free shipping and several size options. Thank you!

LAUNDRY DETERGENT

We do about 4-5 loads per day at the height of the season. We like this detergent because it does not irritate the sensitive fawn skin. Thank you!

SHADE CLOTH

This shade cloth is required by the state for our fawn pens. it is to make sure that predators can't see them and to make sure they don't hurt themselves when running around in the pen.

VERY IMPORTANT!

This is the product that we must have on hand for babies that never have a chance to nurse on their mother. Babies that do not get this will not live, colostrum is the most important!
